The cutest surf changing dress you ever did see. This is our best dress for changing as it’s the longest & its sack shape allows for ample room to move about. It’s calf length with a slit on one side. Supported by a thick elastic band at the top ruffle & adjustable tie straps. Has one cozy terry pocket!
The Kelp Green is a super soft, medium to heavy-weight, brushed velour on the outside. Terry towel loops on the inside for drying off. (Brushed velour just means the towel loops have been chopped on the outside!)
