Shipping ranges from $4.99-$8.99
It is calculated based on the weight. We ship from Hawaii. Please expect 1-2 weeks for delivery to the mainland.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
We ship to most countries for $30.
We use USPS Priority International , which takes up to 14 days.

*We are not able to charge for varying international customs or duty fees, therefore they are not included at checkout. Should they incur upon receipt of your package, they are the customer’s responsibility to pay.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy, healthy, comfortable, and empowered shopping our small business:)
Requests for refunds or exchanges should be made within 2 weeks of receiving your package. 
Returns must be unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the condition in which they were originally sent.

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. But we happily send out exchanges free of charge! Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for the return until we receive it.

TO BEGIN YOUR RETURN:
1) Please email katiemclean805@gmail.com with the subject ‘PH RETURN’ and provide your full name, order #, and request for refund or exchange.

*For exchanges, please review our web store before to be sure to request another garment or another size that is in stock.*

2) Once your request for refund or exchange is approved,
Print out your PH Return Email
OR
Write your Order # AND the full name (that the order was placed with)
and request for return or exchange with details.

3) Ship with your unworn purchase to:
